Thick green discharge from both of my 3 yr olds eyes, he also has runny nose...what could this be? should i take him to e.r. now

Sounds like a cold: Colds do not require a visit to the er. Tylenol, (acetaminophen) fluids, rest and time. Take him to a family practice doctor or pediatrician (or even urgent care doctor) if he doesn't get better in a few days.
