Oral steroid drug is not recommended for this problem. By UPTODATE: "treatment for polypoid corditis includes smoking cessation, reflux management, and voice therapy. Intralesional steroid injection has been shown to be beneficial. Surgical debulking/recontouring may be necessary in certain cases or when focal irregularity warrants biopsy".
