Urethral discharge is usually an STD symptom, but 3 months is unusually long; and clear discharge also isn't typical. Also, you don't mention painful or uncomfortable urination, which usually goes along with urethral infection. If the discharge occurred when you were moving your bowels, this occurs quite commonly: stool and abdominal pressure can express fluid from seminal vesicles or prostate.

This is probably secretions from the glands lining the passageway and nothing to worry about. Unless it is persistent and with burning sensation - then it is due to inflammation of the urethra (passageway)
