Is it normal to feel off or a little lightheaded days after chiropractic adjustment? ive had neck issues for a long time and went because i had pain on one side. that pain has subsided but now im left with residual ache?

This would depend on what the treatment was and what it was for. Best to ask the Chiropractor who knows what they did.

Did you have vigorous adjustments involving head& neck manipulations? Some treatments can be over exuberant in my opinion & are capable if affecting inner ear causing your lightheadedness not to mention neck discomfort as well. Similar to whiplash.injury especially if your neck was twisted when you were not prepared for it.
