Effective treatment: Depends on accurate diagnosis of your problem. Slight anemia should not cause this. Thyroid problem can be identified only with blood tests. It is impossible to list all of possibilities here. Consult with internal medicine physician.

You should go seeyour family doctorand let him/her examine you and check your systems to find the cause and fix it. In order to feel well, one needs to eat healthy, sleep well and exercise daily.
