What does upper abdominal pain and feeling sick to stomach ..nauseous ??i sometimes have weird taste in mouth my wbc was 13.6 my neutrophil count is 9.9 and monocytes are 0.64 sometimes the nasious gets worst when i just wake up?

"Upper abdominal pain" on a presumably "empty stomach" can indicate gastric ulcer disease. Inflammation can account for the slight increase in WBC's. Get a referral to a GI specialist, who may suggest endoscopy to determine the cause.
