What to do:: Start my seeing your primary care physician for an evaluation. Find out what's causing all your symptoms. This is definitely a time to see a doctor in person and not try to diagnose yourself over the internet.

GI symptoms: The list of "what is cause" is too long to report here. Bad taste may or may not be related to other symptoms, so a Dental check-up is warranted. Make an appointment with your General Physician to evaluate your GI symptoms and then either prescribe the appropriate treatment or refer you for specialist evaluation. Don't guess, get fully evaluated.
