Sounds like it: If you can't eat and you throw up from anxiety, it sounds like this is a distressing problem. It could interfere with your life. If you want help, you could see your physician for general health evaluation. You could also see a psychiatrist and/or therapist for treatment of this problem.

This is a Problem: If anxiety is so high that it prevents healthy nutrition and leads to nausea, it needs to be taken seriously. Depending on the triggers, these symptoms can be signs of social anxiety, panic disorder, a trauma-related disorder, etc. But nausea & eating problems could also reflect non-psychiatric disorders that can actually cause anxiety, so it is important to see a general doctor.
