Since fall 2020 ive felt constipation because i feel like im not getting all the poop out. since then ive also had chest pain/pressure, and what feels like shortness of breath, but could that be related to constipation? sometimes im bloated?

Bloated and constipation are often present together but not shortness of breath, chest pain or chest tightness. The latter symptoms are more related to anxiety/panic disorder at your age.
