There is day to day variability as there is lab to lab variability. The important question to ask is what might be causing the mild increase in your liver enzymes and your best reference would be your doctor who ordered the tests.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of these levels is high enough to be concerned about. If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. Wish you good health!
