Hello, I just noticed that on the veins on the inside of my left foot below the ankle have become a lot more noticeable and spider webish looking.
Have pain behind left knee hard knot, hurts when moving it or foot, been this way for four weeks getting worse. What could it be and what should I do?
Sometimes i experience a pain starting from the two middle fingers of my left foot moving upwards that last for a minute or so.please clarify.
Feet (mainly left) feel cold and like laces are too tight. Eases when up and moving, not while standing. No swelling or pain doesn't happen everyday?
