There is nothing to concern. It only means you have allergy. By your history, the allergen could be in your bedroom or where you sleep because your symptoms exacerbate at night. Look around and see what can be the culprit which could be a indoor plant, a pet or your bedding. If you can't figure it our, see an allergist if possible.

I would see an ENT (ear nose and throat) doctor. They can check your nose and do further allergy tests.
