Saline nasal drops: As long as he is not running any significant fever or acting ill (ie. Not eating, very fussy), you can use saline drops and a bulb syringe to clear the mucous from the nose. Put a few drops in, and if he doesn't sneeze them back out in a few seconds, clearing the mucous, then use your bulb to suck out the goop. Monitor temp, activity, intake - but if he's his happy usual self, don't need doc yet.

Runny nose in infant: You can try using nasal saline spray to clear up his nose. This is as natural as i can think of. If that does not work you can try otc children Claritin syrup. See a doctor if those do not work.

Nasal saline/suction: For mild congestion and runny nose, you may spray saline to the nose and gently bulb suction the nose to remove the secretions. If this does not resolve your baby's symptoms you need to followup with your pediatrician.
