If you're experiencing persistent right lower abdominal discomfort, especially with associated tenderness, appendicitis has to be checked for by proceeding to the hospital ER where prompt attention & testing are available. You don't want to delay the diagnosis & treatment as perforation with resultant peritonitis is a danger. There is no medication that you can take at this time that would help

Acute appendicitis causes severe abdominal pain specially in the R lower portion with or without other symptoms like nausea/ vomiting/fever. It is inadvisable and dangerous to try to self-diagnose and treat. So if you have any of this or anything you worry about pl see a reliable doc. Wish the best
