Eye redness for 4 days now. tried warm compress and ibuprofen as well as benadryl and still no relief. my upper eyelid is the main area of swelling and redness. cant seem to get it to go down?

You may have conjunctivitis ether bacterial or viral. You need an appropriate eye drop. see your doctor to get a differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Good Luck
