I have piles and see a little yellow mixed in with red blood when i wipe, does this sound like pus? no ibd symptoms?

Yellow discharge usually means pus and infection. Simple hemorrhoids don't discharge pus. Do you have rectal or anal pain,tenderness, bowel symptoms? Possibilities include infected anal fissure,proctitis, perianal abscess. I recommend having a rectal examination by your physician, a proctologist, or a colorectal surgeon for accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment & follow-up.
