Covid 19 positive for 15 days. no fever, no body aches. currently have a constant chest pressure on sternum area. was discharged from er last night . x-rays clear , ekg as well. should i be worried? im extremely concerned?

Likely on the mend: Most peak in their disease around 8-10 days into symptoms. Your age/lack of oxygen need or ventilator at this point point to a reasonable expectation for a good outcome. Recovery pattern & duration vary with individual patients. Pay attention to what your docs tell you to do & follow their instructions. I would not start saying goodbyes.
