Went to hospital last month & had iv hydration. they flushed & it hurt a few times till they got it right. its been a month and today my arm hurts just like when it did when it hurt when they flushed. is this normal or cause for concern?

You probably developed inflammation in the vein with what was done and it is just taking time to resolve. It is not normal but it is something that would resolve given time.
