Maybe: Aspirin causes platelet dysfunction and may lead to brain bleed but mostly in some type of trauma.

Not likely: In medicine anything can happen but it is more likely going to be a stomach bleed or prevent you from having a stroke. The balance is in favor of taking the correct doctor recommended dose.

Taking cod liver oil and red wine daily. Told recently to take aspirin just discovered ischaemic 2006 just worried about brain/stomach bleed.
