I've been having finger spasm quite frequently in the past few years, i've been seen by orthopedic & neurologist but they couldn't find what is wrong. i need help. my right middle finger always does the spasm and moves uncontrollably?

If no cause was found then chances are it is nothing serious. What you can try is to immobilize your finger with a splint for a few days (15-20 days) in the day time to see what happens. Also keep up appointments with your neurologist or seek another one if it persists. Let us know how you do with the splint. Hope you get better
