Varicocelectomy can help increase fertility by restoring blood flow to your scrotum, which can result in increased sperm and testosterone production.

Varicocelectomy is removal of dilated veins in the spermatic cord which can cause discomfort, reduction in size of testicle and low sperm count. If properly done the veins do not enlarge again. There are no penis or testicular issues after the operation.
