It's...: Numb means possible cut of nerve fibers supplying the scrotum, but it does happen. Arterial compromise means severing the artery supplying the testis; it may happen, but rarely with microscopic techniques under experienced hands. Again, without direct inspection and palpation, hx, and doppler studies, a sensible accurate DX can be reached, and it would be fine to watch if getting better surely...
