I have been prescribed escitalopram for anxiety but i am also taking neurontin for rls, my doubt is can i take these both medicine together in night? doc. said it's ok but drug interaction website says otherwise? should i take escitalopram in day?

Taking them together or at different times will not change the interaction, but different times makes more sense as you need the neurontin more at night and the escitalopram more during the day. The interactions would be a bigger concern if you were taking the neurontin in a higher dose for seizures. Respiratory depressions seems unlikely but it is easy to monitor your breathing rate.
