Went to swimming at tropical waterfall and after 2 days i have no pain lesions right near lower lip line. no tingling or any symptoms prior. it was sudden.can it be dirty water infection? i also worked in lab next day with chemicals?

Your question is unclear and you report no symptoms. The most serious issue from exposure to tropical water may be amoeba infections that can cause meningitis. If you get any symptoms, see a doctor at the earliest.

For the past couple of days I started having cold water like sensation on my back that goes all the way down both legs and into toes with tingling sensation in both my back, legs, arms all the way to the finger tips and head. No other symptoms.
Sudden burning/itching tingling feeling on body moves around. Head itches, Red blotchy skin and just tingling everywhere more at night. Other symptoms I have sometimes at diff times are: edema, hair loss, joint pain . All auto immune labs Normal?
