Mucus stuck in back of throat over a month. ent gave steroids and xyzal for two weeks. minimal help. hard to clear mucus but it chokes me at night. only feels normal when eating and drinking. thoughts?

There is no reason to have the mucus to be stuck in the back of throat. More than likely you have post-nasal drip which is caused by chronic sinus infection. You will be best served by consulting an ENT specialist who can examine this area properly and also treat this problem best.
