Brinchitis: A primary care, an ENT or pulmonologist may need to get involved. Which ones depend on your history, symptoms and previous treatments . Your gerd could also be a major contributor to your coughing.

See otolaryngologist: The symptoms sound like post nasal drip and should be evaluated by an ENT doctor who will examine you and probably look down your throat with a fiber optic laryngoscope . This could be related to your acid reflux.
