It would be very unlikely or even impossible for a pregnancy to happen from this, even if that fluid was semen containing sperm. Sperm cannot survive outside the body for any significant length of time & if that was semen & didn’t really get inside your gf it could not get sperm to where they could fertilize an egg. But this is a good opportunity to think about a marriage commitment before sex

Pregnancy is not likely in above circumstances if no intercourse took place. Always use contraception if intercourse becomes possible and pregnancy is not desired and in order to avoid related anxiety.
