One of my neighbors fell when i was talking to him,he keeps falling, i asked him if hes cleaned the wax out lately, he said no so i gave him some i havent used,he said he stopped falling and can hear better,its happened to me so was i right?

Might be if wax was in ear, but you did not say where the wax was. I have not idea why you would give him wax. :-) Please clarify. Suspect you left some details out. Please resubmit. How old he is would be a help as well. Ask if he wears hearing aides as this can lead to wax in ear. He needs someone to get more details and talk to him and to look in his ears to see if this is the issue.
