I used a waterproof ear plug while driving in one ear. when i took it out i have fullness in my ear and can hear myself talk. what happened?

Probable wax: The plug May have compacted and pushed in some cerumen(ear wax) and pushed it closer to the ear drum causing the symptom. You could try putting in a drop of hydrogen peroxide twice a day and then try to gently irrigate the ear canal to dislodge the wax. It would be better for you to visit your physician or an otolaryngologist for diagnosis and treatment however.
