Don't clean ears: I would be concerned that at age 19, you have listened to very loud music that may have injured part of your inner ear. Cleaning the ears should never be performed by you. You can injure the canal skin or even the ear drum. Furthermore swishing in the ear probably is not related to your ear canal. You need a hearing test to rule out a high pitch loss. Also noises in the ear are not painful.
