Hi, a concern i have is ill sweat uncontrollably in my underarms and as a result produce b.o. even if im not doing any physical activity, and im not hot anywhere else in my body. even in freezing weather, im cold but im still sweating there?

Use a good quality underarm deodorant which has alum in it and avoid synthetic clothing material. You will be OK

Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is treatable. As above, over the counter anti perspirants with aluminum should help.
