Lymphoma?: Your symptoms are suggestive of lymphoma. Post-operative abscess could cause the sweats, but not likely the lymph node enlargement. Also abscess would very likely elevate the white blood cell count. Consult a physician.

Both breasts burn and hurt/get sharp stabbing pain on the outer sides near the arms. Armpit pain as well, mainly the left side. Arm joints and elbows hurting, lymph nodes in groin hurting, painless lump on side of neck, painful lump on front of neck.
