Hello! my brother and i are vaccinated, and boosted with pfizer. he was sick last week, and tested positive friday with at-home test. i was with him all week, slight sore throat friday, tested negative saturday with pcr. feel fine.im clear?

Not necessarily. A negative test result means you probably didn't have an infection with SARS-CoV-2 at the time your specimen was collected. However, it's possible to have COVID-19 but not have the virus detected by the test. A PCR test is the most reliable test since it takes blood from your vein. A home test can give a false positive or negative. You are fine, always be careful.
