Hello doctors, my question is how to use nettle herb for treating prostate enlargement, and to what extent does it help?

Nettle leaf may be an effective treatment for certain conditions of the prostate, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia, a swelling of the prostate gland. While more research is needed in this area, a clinical trial of 287 people with BPH found significant reductions in the size of their enlarged prostate after they were treated with nettle leaf. Consult with a homeopathic Dr for dosing/duration.

This treatment is unproven for helping prostate enlargement so I recommend against it. At 31yrs you are far removed from prostate enlargement. Drink water, pee when you get the urge and lead a healthy lifestyle. You will be fine.
