"HIV symptoms" are useless in judging whether or not someone has HIV, because the identical symptoms occur with many medical conditions, mostly harmless. HIV test results always overrule symptoms and exposure history. Your negative test result proves something other than HIV is causing your symptoms. See a doctor if you remain concerned, but you can stop worrying about HIV. Good luck.
