You did not describe the type of gut discomfort you have. 1gm of naproxen may not be the problem but it may be your anxiety that is influencing your gut. If you have gastritis there are medications you could use for gastritis, if it is bleeding you may want to seek urgent care to make sure there is not excessive bleeding. Eating, non acidic food, and plenty of fluid may also ease some gastritis.
