Appendix: Appendicitis is a possible reason for her symptoms. If her pain is lower down, ovarian cysts or other female organ problems could be a source of her pain. Even though her d/c was two months ago, a rare infection is a possibility. Not knowing why she had the procedure, there is a possibility she may have a reoccurrence of the initial problem. I believe she needs an exam and possible tests
