Can i put lidocaine on my urethra? is it gentle?is that considered a mucous membranes? it is swollen and vagistat cream made it worse? benzocaine resorcinol-vagistat ingredients. why would lidocaine be different or better for that urethra?

There will be no difference in side effects I think but the anesthetic (numb) effect can be different upon the strength. We use lidocaine jelly for numbing the urethra during urinary catheter insertion.

Lidocaine is a local anesthetic and can be used for local pain. But pl see a Gyn /MD for proper diagnosis and treatment
