If lesions are found in this area it is a good idea to visit your healthcare provider as there is a possibility that you may have another disease spread by sexual contact". You should see your doctor for a correct diagnosis and treatment.

Skip the middle man and go directly to a dermatologust for accurate diagnosis,testing and appropriate treatment. Molluscum is tricky to diagnose.
