Less likely in the next 6 months but still possible if there is a new variant which is quite different from the one you were infected, likely omicron. Reinfection can be asymptomatic or mild because you have natural immunity. With vaccination or past infection you can still be infected with a new variant because the new virus has different spike protein & your M spike antibody has no effect.
