Per Chinese CDC: “Respiratory droplets & contact transmission are considered to be the most important routes of transmission”. Wash hands (or use sanitizer) often for at least 20 seconds. Wash hands before touching eyes, nose or mouth. Use a cloth cover over mouth & nose when around others. Stay home as much as possible. Avoid sick people. Distance at least 6 feet from others. Clean/ disinfect surfaces.

What to do.: Rest. Hydrate, Quarantine. If symptomatic consider acetaminophen, decongestant, or saline for nasal irrigation. If you have shortness of breath, blue lips or dizziness - please get urgent evaluation. Call your doctor if you are uncertain about the severity of your symptoms. There are no specific medications for COVID 19.
