Yes, you should be immune for at least 3 months and some data show infected people still have good antibodies after 6 months. You can safely assist your grandma.

It is likely that you continue to have some level of immunity. I would still wear a mask and socially distance when able. Additionally when COVID 19 vaccination is available for your age group (likely in May 2021) recommend you get it.
