Can ms tingling last a few seconds or minutes? i have like a tingling sensation in my right side of my face that comes and goes, doesnt happen often but happens, but lasts max a minute so my question is does ms tingling stay or can it just last 1 m?

MS stands for MULTIPLE sclerosis. You have solitary episodic tingling over your face. You do not describe any additional signs c/w MS! You may be experiencing intermittent compression of branches of the trigeminal nerve. If this is distressing, have a neurologist examine and explain what is occurring.
