Since this occurs in a number of areas, it is not likely to be a simple pinched nerve. Please see your PCP for a neurologic examination. MS is one possible cause, and post COVID neurologic conditions have been reported. A metabolic screening panel is also recommended. Were there any toxic exposures? Keep all vaccinations including COVID 19 up to date.

Your description is not consistent with a presentation of MS, and would consider more likely migraine equivalents, peripheral nerve issues, or toxic exposure. Suggest, in attempt to uncover an etiology, seeing a neurologist.
