Had a few ekgs and all is normal but the pr interval is short ( ranges 104-114, most commonly 112 over past 3 years). stress test went well 13 mets and echo was normal. occasional palpitations, no tachycardia and rhr is 55. should i worry?

You should be evaluated by an electrophysiologist for a reliable advice if you have not seen one yet. This type of arrhythmia, if present, is beyond the scope of this forum.

Discuss with the Dr who knows you and your EKGs. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. They share with your Dt and your all will figure out what is causing them and what is the best treatment.
