Side effects: Tylenol (acetaminophen) pm shouldn't cause or aggravate palpitations. Prozac especially in higher doses can. Has the Prozac made you more aware of palpitations? Caffeine, alcohol and nicotine can aggravate palpitations also. Did you have palpitations while you had the holter on and if so did it show any abnormal beats or rhythm at that time? If not then perhaps you just have periods of a more forceful beat.
