Just got off phone with rheumatologist. he said my ch50 being high doesnt mean anything. its only a concern when its low. is this true? should no f/u testing be done when ch50 is high?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, CH 50 is not currently used by most doctors as individual complement proteins can be measured and are more reliable. Wish you good health!
