Can i take fludrocortisone (florinef) at night before bed without the risk of supine hypertension?

It may happen if you use florinef for orthostatic hypotension but you have underlying hypertension. If you do not have essential hypertension you should be fine. If you have doubt, have blood pressure checked in supine position by your family member after taking medication for 2 hours.
