Mild DJD of spine!: You should strength core muscles. Gravity inversion might help. But just becuase the l5/s1 space is reduced, does not mean it is the "pain generator." certainly it rarely translates to pain in an older person! you may have sacroiliitis, iliolumbar ligament sydrome, and other myofascial issues. Take Naproxen (otc) 2 tabs two x per day. See how that does!
