I had a transrectal prostate biopsy 8 days ago. sometimes after sleep, when i urinate, bright red blood first comes out. then clear urine. cause?

Prostate biopsy: This is considered normal after needle biopsies of the prostate. It will clear up with time. Mention it to your urologist at follow up.

Related to biopsy: Blood in the urine, stool, and semen is very common after prostate biopsy. This will almost always resolve over the course of days to weeks. Things to watch out for would be fevers, increased difficulty voiding, heavy heavy bleeding, or significant blood clots causing difficulty to void.
